I began my career as a graduate trainee accountant with Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), before transitioning into accountancy recruitment at my family’s agency, where I naturally became a specialist in the field.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the accountancy profession, working with both part-qualified and fully qualified accountants, primarily within industry and commerce. More recently, I’ve focused on supporting professionals within Top 100 and boutique accounting firms across the UK and US, helping them navigate their career progression.
